This April, U.R.G.E. Foundation partnered with Charitybuzz and Punk Rock & Paintbrushes to offer a collection of artwork and instruments inspired by Ziggy Marley, with all proceeds supporting the foundation’s ongoing efforts to rebuild Jamaica following the devastation of Hurricane Melissa.
The collection featured works by artists Mike Gallo and Jared Minnick, each signed by Ziggy Marley. The pieces went on auction through Charitybuzz, providing supporters with an opportunity to acquire unique artwork while contributing to recovery efforts across the island.
Funds raised through the auction helped U.R.G.E. continue supporting Jamaican communities as families work to rebuild their homes and recover from the storm’s impact. Through partnerships with artists, organizations, and supporters, the foundation remains committed to connecting communities with the resources they need throughout the rebuilding process.
Much gratitude to Ziggy, artists Gallo and Minnick, Charitybuzz, and Punk Rock & Paintbrushes for turning art into meaningful support for Jamaica.
